I am Brijesh Bala, from India.  I received most of my education back in India. Earned my Doctorate and Specialist degree from SCSU.  I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of Special Education.

My philosophy of education is that learning is a lifelong process.  It is an ongoing process where an individual should be flexible in his or her approach toward teaching and learning. Every child is unique and special, and through proper guidance and support, they can be successful.  I believe that a teacher is like a flashlight, who shows the path to the students and guides them through.  If your battery gets low, it needs to be recharged for the betterment of the students.  

Education is the backbone of any individual, it builds one’s character, and should enlighten oneself. It is not important how much you learn, but how you use it.
