I was born in Silver Spring,MD. I lived in San Antonio,TX for 2 years while my mother was in the Air Force. I grew up in Prince Georges County MD, graduating from Gwynn Park High School located in Brandywine, MD. After graduation I started my undergrad journey through South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC. I have been working at Calhoun County High School since January 2015. 

Currently I reside in Orangeburg, SC with my daughter Alyssa. My students know me as being a loyal and proud fan of the Chicago Bears football team. I LOVE all things football. I truly believe that the impact we leave on our students hearts plays a role in developing their future. I try to instill in my students the importance in being an individual as there is no one else in the world like them.
