She received a bachelor’s of Social Work; a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling; and a Master’s of Counseling Education from South Carolina State University; and a Master’s in School Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Johnson has twenty years of experience in education and counseling. She has worked in Colleton County, Dorchester 4, and Orangeburg Four school districts before taking her current position as principal.
Principal Johnson stands firm on the notion that the school and community are a reflection of one another and must work together to ensure success for all children. She is the proud mother of three sons; Clyde, Tyler, and Brandon and they are members of St. Paul Baptist Church of Orangeburg, SC.
